Kris joined us in 2004 when the previous Health Claims secretary retired. In 2010, Local 139’s long time office manager, Judy Ottaviani retired and Kris stepped up to the plate and is doing an excellent job. Kris works hand-in-hand with the Fund Administrator in managing all Local 139 Trust Funds, corresponding with all service providers and meets with the trustees quarterly.
